Account of the Australian environmental protest movement over the past 16 years. Describes protests such as the Franklin River blockade, the Roxby Downs uranium mine demonstrations and the Daintree forest campaign. The author is the first Green member of the NSW parliament and a founding member of several environmental protest groups, including the Clean Seas Coalition.
